1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between AutWorks ("Company", "we") and you ("User", "you") who uses the AutWorks website and AI-powered visualization services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AutWorks is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables users to upload their own product photos ("User Content") and create new images ("Generated Content") where these products are displayed on virtual models through artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are offered through automatically renewing subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by our secure payment partner Polar. Our Company does not store or process your credit card information on its own servers. Applicable taxes (VAT, etc.) are included in prices.

5. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty, from the "Subscription Settings" section in your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can continue using our service until that date and will not be charged for the next period.

6. Refund Policy

Annual Subscriptions: If you subscribe to an annual plan for the first time, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days from the payment date.
Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

User Content: You own the intellectual property rights to all product photos and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant our Company a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely to provide you with service (to process, transform, and deliver the image to you).
Generated Content: As long as you have an active and valid subscription, you own the commercial use rights to all final images created through our service. You can freely use these images on your website, social media, and other marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our Company does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our Company cannot be held responsible for any loss of profit or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Service.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. In case of significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email address.

10. Admin Rights and Account Management

Our Company has the following admin privileges to maintain service quality and ensure security: - Account Deletion: Right to delete accounts violating internal rules - Credit Adjustment: Credit correction in case of system errors or special circumstances - Security Bans: Applying temporary device bans for suspicious activities. All admin actions are logged and users are notified when necessary.
